Erin Zak is great at writing tension - I could not stop turning the pages! The chemistry and spice were both there, and I felt for these women and loved the way they understood each other so completely. As characters, though, they weren’t my favorite, and I had a hard time understanding some of their choices. However, I think a lot of people will really enjoy this one and the rich world of Broadway that Erin brings to life on the page. I also think she handled anxiety really well, and the group of friends were entertaining to read.

Short summary: When Grace and Heather meet, their spark is instant and burns hot. But when Heather is offered the lead in a movie based on Grace’s bestselling novel, the pair have to put their love on hold - or do they?
