5 stars because this book made me laugh AND cry, and I learned something. I knew nothing about Highland dancing but after this book and a little googling I want to know a lot more. At times, I wanted a little more depth from the characters but the story works, there’s chemistry and humor, and they seem to genuinely care about each other. And I liked that they helped each other grow. Overall, this is a well-rounded enemies to lovers romance with strong family support, that I really enjoyed.

Short summary: Moira and Kenzie have been dance rivals for as long as they can remember. When Moira lands back in the dance world after a hiatus, their rivalry kicks up again as they compete for a scholarship. But something else is brewing now too, and it looks a lot like lust.
