I loved Chef’s Kiss, so when I saw all the positive reviews for this one, I couldn’t resist. Honestly, it was a very slow start for me. The plot and chemistry weren’t there for me. But, it really picks up towards the end- gets really steamy and more importantly it’s a beautiful homage to love and second chances. The ending and writing bumped it up to 4 stars for me- I can see why people liked it, though it wasn’t my favorite.

Short summary: Whitney loves love but no one’s clicking for her because she’s still hung up on the one who got away. When Andy returns to SF after 6 years to film a docuseries featuring Jenn (Chef’s Kiss MC), the two reconnect and sparks fly, but can Whitney trust her not to leave and what will happen when she finishes filming and returns to LA?
