This is such a cute story about finding yourself and finding love freshman year of college, while looking in all the wrong places. Molly and Alex are both interesting, endearing characters who I was rooting for. Low angst, almost no steam, but still chemistry. Opposites attract and friends to lovers. The only thing I didn’t love was how one-note Cora is. Love love Molly’s mom and that relationship. Great, feel-good YA romance.
Short summary: for 4 years, Molly has pined after Cora and now that they’re in college together she’s finally gonna shoot her shot. If only she knew how. Enter bombshell Alex, who can flirt with anything that moves. The two couldn’t be more different, but Alex wants to impress her girlfriend and Molly wants to get a girlfriend so maybe they can help each other. And maybe they’re not so different after all…
