I don’t even know what to say exactly. This book was so full of beauty, tragedy, ordinariness, and bizarreness. Every character was so unique and yet they were all overcoming something innately human. A lot of their stories were hard for me to read as a new parent..so keep that trigger warning in mind if it applies to you. I’m also not entirely sure what the point of it all was, but it sure had me turning pages. Queer rep: one of the nine is gay
