Night Tide is a spinoff of Spindrift and an enemies-to-lovers story. I preferred Spindrift, but in some ways the connection between the MCs was more believable in Night Tide, because their conversations were more in depth and covered more “real life” issues together. You can’t go wrong with either one.

Anna Burke is masterful at creating strong female leads who are complex characters and know their power. The series is steamy but also interesting. Both stories revolve around veterinarians and you learn a lot about what it means to be in that industry.

Short summary: Lillian and Ivy are the best of enemies - polar opposites, but with insane chemistry. When they end up at the same vet practice, will their magnetism force them apart or draw them together?
