I picked this up because it’s inspired by the Parent Trap, which I loved, but it missed the mark for me. It’s sweet and fun to be back with the twins but everything happened way too quickly and too easily, especially on Honor’s end. The beginning also dragged on too long without much happening. Their first night together was way hotter than I expected tho- so there’a that. If you’re looking for something easy to read with low drama and great recipe ideas - this is your book.

Short summary: Layne has worked as the twins’ nanny for years. She’s a sucker for romance and doesn’t need someone making a play for Mark who is clearly meant to end up with Sadie. Sure Honor is hot, but she’s also a jerk- not a good fit for the family. When Layne finally confronts Honor, Honor …kisses her fiercely? That’s not what she was expecting, or anything that comes after.
