Talk about a flawed but loveable main character. I don’t know where to start with this one. I guess I should say first that it was a fun read that made me smile throughout. But Paige is kind of a disaster! The book opens with Paige wanting to slight her ex by sleeping with the one girl he can’t have…so much wrong with that. Naturally she falls in love with said girl and is consumed with guilt. She’s also not really over her ex, who is awful. Paige is kind of a mess. On the other hand, she’s quirky and funny and vulnerable and you’re cheering for her while cringing at her choices. And her cat is named Potato, so that’s adorable. Meanwhile Esme is sexy and a great bartender and cares for her dad, but we don’t know much beyond that. She’s really into Paige, but I wasn’t sure why. I wanted more chemistry and tension but I still enjoyed it, and am looking forward to reading Just One Week.

Short summary: Paige seduces Esme in a plot to exact revenge on her ex. Her plan goes awry when she falls for Esme, but can their fledgling relationship stand the test of exes and will Paige’s plan come to light?
