This was a whirlwind read. I couldn’t put it down, the steamy parts were very sexy and I’m a sucker for Hollywood romance. But, it was a little too predictable, and the drama a little too overdone. I did like the best friend, and it’s clear the author did a lot of sciencey research (the MC is pursuing a Master’s). I liked a lot of the human insight and I could see why the characters were into each other, but it was a bit too insta for me in the end.

Short summary: Rachel has a history of falling for girls who want to experiment and a fear of non-consensual photos, so when her (straight) celebrity crush starts filming a movie on her block and then starts flirting with her, Rachel is wary of getting involved, but how can she not?
