I read this book because it was so highly rated on Amazon and Goodreads, but I was disappointed. It’s a quick read with a meet-cute in the first few pages, but it was all very obvious. There was too much emphasis on one character being a gentlewoman, to the point where it felt belabored. You could have swapped “her” for “him” and it would have been the same book basically.

Short Summary: Aubrey needs a date to a wedding, enter Beau who she’s immediately attracted to and woos Aubrey’s whole family. In one weekend, they fall in love.
